Very clean. Hostesses were busy but still able to attend to everyone. Food delicious - really liked the salsa.

Very stingy people. I have eaten here before, several times, but I won’t be coming back. The food isn’t good enough to put up with the attitude of the owner’s son who went out of his way to let me know he didn’t appreciate my business. So there you go. Do without it then.

We stopped for the first time and wasn't really impressed. The tables were full of dirty plates and guests were seated at dirty tables. Our waitress spilled my drink all over and gave me the spilled drink so it got all over the table. I asked twice for napkins and she didn't grab them. So I had to go up to bar to get them. The margaritas were very good, but the food wasn't really any different than going to Cacun.

Contactless pick up is great. I order over the phone and stop by to get my order on my lunch break. I love how quickly they are able to make the orders!

I enjoyed my meal here. Good food, service, and prices. Very mild heat- my toddler was scooping mouthfuls of the fresh and flavorful salsa straight. And the "spicy" bistec was savory and delicious, but I forgot that it was supposed to be hot until talking with friends about the meal later. I have no complaints, though, because everything tasted so good that it didn't need any burn.

Starting with the service. Absolutely amazing, our server was very friendly and helpful quick to get any questions we had answered. The food was outstanding and out within 10 minutes. Will recommend to everyone looking for a great place to go to for fast and delicious food. Highly recommend.

Margaritas are heavenly..especially the jalapeño flavor...food was FANTASTIC. ..SERVERS are so sweet...helpful...not overbearing..talkative..clean joint..you want great Mexican food..here is the place to go

I was quite happy with this place. The food was better than i thought it would be for a cheesy little strip mall Mexican joint. The breakfast menu looked really good. The best part was that the strip mall also has TWO dance studios. One is dancing for Jesus and i presume the other is pagan. If you're lucky enough to get a window seat you'll be entertained by a full "west side story" dance off/knife fight. Those christian dancers are scrappy and they fight dirty!

The friendly atmosphere and pulsing flashes from the twin "Pow'r Up" gambling/charging stations are a welcoming site as I pulled into Eau Claire's premiere Mexican restaurant. Out of curiosity (and perhaps a little spite against Mallory's unquenchable vendetta against this fine establishment) I ordered the chicken chimichanga, and was surprised with the beautiful presentation that came. Behold! a beautifully fried chimichanga with half of the tortilla lifted like an oyster shell, revealing the pearl inside. This terrific array of guacamole, shredded lettuce, sour cream, and cheese lay in wait for my delight.And delight it did.

The Sopa Azteca Chicken tortilla soup is outstanding!!!!

Their food is amazing and authentic, their atmosphere is just right for the business, and the service is friendly and efficient. This is the first Mexican restaurant that I've liked, and everyone I've gone here with agrees. They even have one of those food challenges, which I think would be fun if you wanted to get some friends together to try and beat.

First time eating here, I ordered the taco plate. The food was great and our server was amazing.

We usually love tacos Juanita but today’s service was horrible. We tried numerous times to call for take out and the waitress who answered told us to hold then hung up. We tried calling again and again and they didn’t answer at all. We tried once more and she finally answered with “haha is this Megan??” And hung up. Super unprofessional. Not only did she get our orders wrong but she always messed up a customer next to us. When my boyfriend went in to pick up the order, he said she was acting like she was intoxicated. We will not be coming here again.

I just moved here from Phoenix a little over a year ago and their horchata is amazing. If you don't know what that is just go in there and ask and try it and you will see. I would go to Mexico at least once a month and it compares to what I received in Mexico

Yes, they have a food challenge wall, and yes that is a cheesy idea (puns are always intended), but I had that burrito before it was a Polaroid moment and it was amazing then, amazing now. It is the everything burrito that you dreamed of when you first began dreaming of burritos and wondered if you could eat a burrito as big as a pocket dog (chihuahua?). It was as delicious as it was painful, but I truly could not stop until I hit the clean plate club, momma would be so proud. Check them out for their absolute authentic Mexican tacos as well--chorizo and carnitas mix well for these. (REAL COKE TOO)

Great staff, and very good food, but the lettuce, I believe, comes from a bag, which can get a bit funky, and Limp. The atmosphere is not to my liking, but I guess it’s pretty typical for a tacoria.

Best Mexican food in Eau Claire, hands down! Probably my favorite restaurant in Eau Claire. Been going to this place for years. Chips and Salsa are always great, and the Beans and Rice are excellent! I like the tacos, enchiladas, and burritos. Everything I've ordered from here has been good. Solid Cerveza selection and Magaritas are good too.

I've only been there 5 times and they are some of the best tacos and burritos I've ever had.

My fiance and I stopped to eat here on Sunday and our experience was amazing. I failed to get our servers name but she OUTSTANDING. She was EXTREMELY busy but had an amazing attitude, personable, and operated with true integrity. Kudos to her and when we are back in the Eau Claire area we will stop in again specifically because of how great she made our experience. Thank you and keep up the amazing work!

Food is good. Portions could be better on sides, like rice and beans. Customer Service definitely lacks.Young and inexperienced staff who need to be trained on some very basic skills. Owner was out on maternity leave and left the waitresses in charge.. Spent 50$ on take out and they forgot chips that came with and the additional chips I paid for with my guacamole.. They claim they make the guacamole fresh to order. If fresh means prepped, then I guess... Not the first time that happened. I called to see what could be done and the girl was absolutely clueless. I guess when the owners away the kids will play. Too bad, great food but not worth getting ripped off.

Service was fast and friendly, as it typically is. The food was hot and delicious. Portions and prices are good. Complimentary chips and fresh salsa are great. Have never had a bad experience at Tacos Juanita.

Iv been eating here every time I go through Eau Claire WI awsome ever since the first opened authentic Mexican food and and a warm welcoming atmosphere I recommend the sopa Azteca
